Goods that cannot be exchanged or returned

According to the current legislation*, perfumery and cosmetic products of good quality cannot be returned or exchanged.

Pursuant to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994 “On Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine ”On Protection of Consumer Rights", a list of goods of good quality that cannot be exchanged (returned) has been approved.

Ways to exchange and return goods

If the goods are unopened and the integrity of the packaging is not compromised, you can return the goods of inadequate quality within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The inadequate quality of the goods can be characterized as a discrepancy with the declared characteristics
